Lars is just as nice and friendly as his triceps are big and he will always greet you with a big smile! Lars is an important part of our BJJ Instructors Team.

He is currently a Brown Belt (under Professor Waldo Zapata) with rock solid basics and a mean Spider Guard/Lasso Guard!

You’re most likely to meet Lars on the mat if you’re one of our beginners, since he is mainly teaching our Fundamental classes.

But if he’s not on the mat with his Gi on, he’ll probably be in the gym, putting in some serious work. Don’t be surprised if he is in charge of the BMX class, when you least expect it!
