All our martial arts training – regardless of style – is carefully planned and follows a tried and proven methodology.

 This membership includes:

– Access to all martial arts classes at both of our facilities according to skill level.

– The ability to book Personal Training sessions with one of SPR Athlete Factory's trainers within martial arts. The cost of PT sessions is not included and is instead agreed upon with each individual trainer.

– Membership drop-in price for any Strength & Conditioning class (Requires booking ahead through our app) or for access to the gym area for individual training.

– Towel service.

– High end shower products in the locker rooms.

 This membership includes:

– Access to all martial arts classes at both of our facilities according to skill level.

– Access to all strength & conditioning and yoga classes at both of our facilities.

– Access to individual training in the gym areas at both of our facilities.

– The ability to book Personal Training sessions with one of SPR Athlete Factory's trainers - strength & conditioning or martial arts. The cost of PT sessions is not included and is instead agreed upon with each individual trainer.

– The ability to book 2 classes (3 days) ahead of time.

– Towel service.

– High end shower products in the locker rooms.

SPR Premium Söder (12 months) 1799 SEK/monthly installment or 21 588 SEK/year

SPR Premium City (12 months) 2299 SEK/monthly installment or 27 588 SEK/year

 

As a Premium member you have access to everything the SPR Member offers.

In addition to that this membership also offers:

– A personal locker at the home gym of your choice.

– The ability to book 4 classes (7 days) ahead of time.

– Laundry service once per 24 hours at your home gym.

– A personal set of SPR training clothes.

– A personal Gi for Martial Arts, if so desired.

– Continuous replacement of training clothes and Gi within reason.

– A coffee of choice before/after each training session.

– One SPR Recovery Shot per day.

– One small smoothie of choice with extra protein after each training session.

– 15min screening of your body with our in-house naprapath Mauro at Supermauro Naprapti (once per year).

– 30min PT consultation with one of our excellent Personal Trainers (once per year).

– SPR Welcome Kit.

– The opportunity to bring a guest once a month, who will also receive full premium membership service including training clothes (We do not have the opportunity to supply guests with shoes, socks or underwear, so guests must bring their own indoor shoes if required for their training session).
